Creating Your Visions

They have taught her the New Vision breathing and meditation to create all the space and time she needs to accomplish her visions and dreams. She learned the more she is attuned to the heart and core of Mother Earth through the soles of her feet, the more she intuitivelyknows the right and perfect time to create each of her visions. She has practiced daring to be different and has experienced her higher self in the lotus of the heart.
